John Hopkins Elementary is one of 22 elementary schools in the Jackson Public School District. It serves approximately 500 students in grades pre-K-5.

Our History
John Hopkins Elementary School was built in 1978. John Hopkins is an urban elementary school and is a part of the Jackson Public School District. The school is located on 170 John Hopkins Road in the far northwestern corner of Jackson on the border of the city of Clinton. The school plant covers 66,664 square feet with 42 classrooms, a media center, cafetorium, and office space on a campus of 6.9 acres.
